Sue Razbadouski helps people find their own solutions to challenges by developing the skills needed to improve the quality of their lives. She believes that every person has the potential to make positive changes regardless of past experiences. Sue has significant experience working with women, older women, and the LGBT community.
Sue brings a unique anecdote to the facility in that she served as the executive director of Family Counseling Services in northern Illinois for 16 years; she has a solid understanding of the stress that stems from workplace situations. Whether faced with a mental health issue, family/relationship concern, or a simple desire to grow personally, Sue is committed to providing a safe place for people to explore their alternatives.
Sue earned her master’s degree in social work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois-Chicago and a bachelor of science in business management from Northern Illinois University. She remains active in the NASW at the state and national level and serves on the State of Illinois’ Social Work Examining and Disciplinary Advisory Board.
