We’re rebranding to better reflect our mission and values. The new name, Magnolia Mental Health Clinic, symbolizes our commitment to providing compassionate, holistic care. The magnolia flower represents strength, dignity, and perseverance, qualities we believe are essential to the care we provide.
When did the clinic move to the new location and what is the address?
We moved into our new location in January 2025. Our address is 6377 Sebring Way, Loves Park, IL 61111.
Is the clinic’s location easy to access?
Yes. The clinic is conveniently located just north of Riverside Boulevard between Mulford and Perryville Roads, with ample parking and accessibility features for all patients.
Have there been any changes in the clinic’s services?
No. We continue to offer the same range of mental health services that we previously provided, with no interruptions.
Has the staff at Magnolia Mental Health Clinic remained the same?
Yes. All our trusted staff has remained the same. You’ll continue to receive care from the same experienced professionals you know.
Do I need to transfer my medical records to the new clinic?
No. Your medical records have been transferred securely and automatically. You don’t need to take any action.

No. Our clinic’s hours have remained the same at the new location. Any future changes will be communicated in advance.
